Lumina 9100 by FDC is a retroreflective cut heat transfer film, 5.9 mil, with a glass-bead construction that returns light toward its source for high-visibility designs. The film weeds and cuts cleanly on a vinyl plotter using a 60-degree blade and presses onto 100% cotton, 100% polyester, poly/cotton blends, Lycra/spandex, nylon, and leather. It carries a permanent heat-activated adhesive and is CPSIA-compliant, it is a decorative reflective film and does not meet ANSI flammability or ASTM reflectivity standards. Applied at about 305 F with medium pressure and a hot peel. Recommended for high-visibility apparel, workwear accents, and reflective lettering.
