Results R-PUF is a puff cut heat transfer film on a polyurethane face that expands under heat from about 85 micron to roughly 500 micron, creating a raised three-dimensional matte finish. The flexible film cuts and weeds easily on a vinyl plotter and presses onto 100% cotton, 100% polyester, and 50/50 blends, it is applied solo and not layered over other film. It uses a low-tack pressure-sensitive carrier for accurate placement. Applied at about 300 F with medium pressure, tacked and hot-peeled, then re-pressed to set the raised effect. Recommended for dimensional lettering, creative fashion, sportswear, and youth apparel.
